Your Will

A Will outlines who is to receive your assets once you pass away, and who will be appointed to carry out your wishes. If you die without a Will, the Court will determine who your estate assets are gifted to, in accordance with the Succession Act 2006 (NSW). To ensure your assets are distributed in accordance with your wishes, it is important to set this out in a Will.

While everyone should have a Will prepared, it is especially important if your family situation is complex.

This content is very informative and written in an accessible way. I appreciated how the lesser-known aspects of the topic are addressed. I found it useful to reread some parts after the first complete reading. It is not easy to find information so complete and well presented on this topic.
